Project LEVA

This is the project dedicated to the development and full realization of your potential as a Professional.
It is a  multidimensional development process that integrates and "leverages" 3 assets:

1st The uniqueness of the person: especially for a Professional, it is essential to become aware, to increasingly focus on and enhance your own uniqueness. It is that distinctive trait that, on the one hand, allows us to fully exploit our potential and, on the other, makes us the ideal choice for those clients who are looking for our specific approach.

2nd The relationship with stakeholders: whether they are people in the office, clients, or colleagues with whom you participate in a workshop, working in and on relationships is a powerful accelerator of development, as well as an effective antidote to the risk of self-referentiality. This is why every one of our formats intentionally and concretely works on this aspect.

3rd The team approach of our group: whether it is a workshop facilitated by one of us or an individual session, every client is taken care of by our entire team. In a weekly meeting, we discuss which methods and skills are best suited to support each of our clients, alternating or integrating in the most useful way for each client.

Using the action research approach, we observed and studied strategies, tactics, and behaviors of outstanding Partners in client and mandate development.

We then distilled this data into a codified method, which is at the same time flexible and adaptable not only to different contingencies, such as practice area, target clientele, and type of firm or seniority, but also to one's own personality and sensitivity.

A meticulous work that has resulted in an extremely concrete and pragmatic method, capable of guiding every Professional in developing their own business case.

Training in the method takes place in 3 ways:

Asynchronous:

through videos and written guides, with a tutoring service via email,

Our asynchronous coaching, via email, 5 days a week for 12 months.

Over the years we have understood how fundamental it is to accompany you in your daily life, with small but targeted and consistent steps. Every morning an email with a prompt and an action to be completed in 15 minutes.

The program is enriched by two group moments per week:

+ the Friday themed workshop, to work on strategic aspects, but also on your personal effectiveness;

+ the ongoing Business Development lab on Mondays to learn and apply the LEVA Method

Consulting projects for the development, improvement, and implementation of marketing and business development strategies for law firms, specific practices, or individual business cases. 

Consulting phases for 12 months

 

  1. evaluation of the project's potential and formulation of the financial offer (at the firm's expense)
  2. analysis of existing strategies, processes, and tools and delivery of the assessment 
  3. presentation of a development strategy and the related action plan 
  4. monitoring and support for implementation up to the 12th month of the project

Consulting Value

The consulting fee will be determined based on the result expected by the client, starting from investments not less than 10,000,-.

Specifically:

  • Paolo Lanciani is the contact person for the strategic and business development area
  • Davide Motta is the contact person for the relational effectiveness area
