Assessment

The value and potential of uniqueness

In recent years we have rethought and transformed our approach to Assessment.

We have chosen to abandon the classic model that measures the distance of the person from a standard or ideal, to shift the focus to their uniqueness.

From this perspective, we explore with a participatory and transparent methodology the typical psycho-relational potential and functioning of the person.

Each assessment becomes not only an opportunity to capture the profile of current and developing skills, but also an opportunity for personal and professional growth. 

Candidates acquire self-analysis tools to continue in a perspective of continuous and autonomous growth and development. 

Our assessments are developed in 3 modules
1. Psychological functioning

  • how they think, analyze, manage stress and make decisions
  • which contexts and situations are more or less favorable to them 

2. Relational style

  • what are their typical relational and leadership styles
  • which relational contexts favor or hinder their effectiveness  

3. Action plan

  • areas to invest in to maximize the expression of potential
  • identify development actions according to methods consistent with the psychological and relational profile

Our assessment process

 

  1. alignment session with the client
  2. analysis of the target position and the operational and organizational context
  3. design of ad hoc tests and interviews
  4. preliminary online session
  5. day with 3 in-person sessions: diagnostics, semi-structured interview, and feedback
  6. profile drafting, with description of psycho-relational functioning, development action plan, and motivated fit level with respect to the target role
  7. in-person feedback session with client and candidate

We act according to a principle of transparency and confidentiality:

the candidate receives all the material collected in the various phases,

the client receives the profile which does not contain the details of the tests and assessments.
