The Billy Elliot Project has the'goal of promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion among men who work in companies, law firms, institutions, and non-profit organizations. The project includes both outreach activities and pro bono workshops and training.
The story
- To this end, in the first two years of activity we organized a series of free workshops under the patronage of the Order of Psychologists of Lombardy and aimed at a male audience.
- From the third year we started offering the organization of workshops directly to non-profit organizations and/or in partnership with organizations dedicated to the promotion of Diversity and Inclusion.
- Over the years we have shared our approach also through posts and articles on social media and online magazines: Linkedin, Divercity, Vanity Fair
Pro bono
- We are available to give talks aimed at the men in your organization to present our manifesto and promote a culture of inclusion and the assumption of responsibility to achieve it.
- In partnership with other organizations committed to DEIB or directly upon request from organizations, we organize experiential workshops aimed exclusively at men to work on stereotypes, particularly gender stereotypes.
- We offer a day of HR process due diligence to identify potential limitations and opportunities for the systematic promotion of inclusive policies in human resource management.
We will be happy to receive your applications and grateful if you would refer us to organizations and individuals who might be interested in seizing this opportunity.
