Progetto LEVA helps you achieve all this thanks to
a multidimensional development process that integrates and "leverages" 3 assets:
1st The uniqueness of the person: especially for a Professional, it is essential to become aware, to increasingly focus on and enhance your own mark. It is that distinctive trait that, on the one hand, allows us to fully exploit our potential and, on the other, makes us the ideal choice for those Clients who are looking for our specific approach. It is your personal brand.
2nd The relationship with stakeholders: whether they are people in the office, Clients or Colleagues, your extended network of relationships, the ecosystem of your Clients, working in and on relationships is a powerful accelerator of development, as well as an effective antidote to the risk of self-referentiality. That is why every one of our formats intentionally and concretely works on this aspect. It is your networking.
3rd The team approach of our team: whether it is a workshop facilitated by one of us or an individual session, every Client is taken care of by our entire team. In a weekly meeting we discuss what methods and skills are best suited to support your development, alternating or integrating
in the way that is most useful for you. We are your team.
LEVA Method,
is the result of a research-intervention, which observed and analyzed the strategies and behaviors of great "originators", that is, people capable of attracting Clients and mandates, to distill a method that was structured, but flexible and customizable at the same time;
to be accessible from all over Italy and abroad, to be there when and where it matters most to you, to save you precious time, it is online both for individual and group sessions.
Of course, we are always pleased when you come to the office and we try to organize
at least one in-person meeting a year to meet as a community.
The LEVA Project is not a predefined service, but a set of tools and services made available in a "full optional" perspective.
Together, based on the needs you will have in the various stages of development, the challenges we will face, and the goals you set for yourself, we will define which tools and services to make available to you. You will always have access to the entire studio, both as a team and as tools.

We believe in fairness and accessibility, for this reason, our pricing is not only transparent, but also modular: on one hand it considers your turnover (because those who bill more, proportionally, have a greater margin of return on investment) and on the other the purpose you serve (we have chosen to give a 100% advantage to those who mainly serve disadvantaged clients and the third sector). It will be up to you, through self-declaration, to inform us which class you belong to.
The economic values refer to your turnover from the last completed year; in the case of a professional association, it refers to your profit.
