In our LEVA project, we focus a lot on each person's ability to recognize and embrace their own specific talent, in order to enhance it and grow as professionals.

We believe, in fact, that this is one of the aspects that brings out our uniqueness and allows us to move towards the top of our personal effectiveness curve.

Recently, in one of our weekly webinars, Paolo mentioned this aspect, giving it an emphasis that reminded me of a very interesting book on the subject that I read a few years ago.
